Playing with Parr Dadaji! :)

"Tum meri 'Gudiya Rani' ko le aaiye isi liye mein ekk dinn aur rukk gaya. :)"

These will always remain the last words Nanaji ever told me... As these were his last words to me on Sat night, when I was saying bye and leaving post dinner.

To his satisfaction (and ours)- Ami who has always been afraid of him, for some reason, played with him on his last day... She entertained him with noises of lion roars and other small-little things she does these days. Nanaji was grinning away like a child every time he saw Ami do all this. It was fun to see them enjoy each other's company.

He especially requested that we click snaps of Ami with him... And I am so glad we did. :)

  1. Super thought, I am sure Ami would cherish these pics when she grows up, I just cannot forget how she played with papa's bell and how he tried to hide it so that she would come to him, he loved his grand and great grand kids immensely, was just too happy when on his last day Ami become friends with him.
The party he had for his grand and great grand kids, which he had been looking forward to celebrate.
In the morning of Saturday while i was leaving for the university I had gone to do Radhasoami to papa, the first thing he said Cake kab ayaga, bachai jab ayegi toe unehi pyase lagagi, Coke bhi manga lena. After that i left for college.
In the evening when i was not able to get the Cake Chap to deliver it at home, I told him will get it the next day.
He said no go and get it now, i went and got the Cake, Pizza and the coke was their.
He knew Saturday was his last day, and when i offered him some cake he said" you all celebrate today i will celebrate tomorrow.
